Stacked £10,000 Launch Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Firewood Plan Ltd, trading as Stacked (“Stacked”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).

2. The promotion

The Stacked £10,000 Launch Giveaway gives eligible new Stacked members the chance to win one of six cash prizes.

The total prize fund is:

• 1 × £5,000 cash prize
• 5 × £1,000 cash prizes

Total prize fund: £10,000

There will be six winners in total.

3. Promotion period

The prize draw opens on:

17 September 2026

and closes at:

11:59pm on 30 September 2026

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. Who can enter

The promotion is open to individuals who:

• are aged 18 or over;
• are resident in England, Scotland or Wales;
• successfully join Stacked during the Promotion Period; and
• meet the requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Employees, directors and contractors of Firewood Plan Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. How to enter

To receive an entry into the prize draw, a customer must:

1. Complete the Stacked Firewood Questionnaire;
2. Select and complete sign-up for an eligible Stacked membership plan;
3. Complete their membership sign-up by 11:59pm on 30 September 2026, including setting up a valid Direct Debit mandate; and
4. Have their first full monthly Direct Debit successfully collected. The standard entry is confirmed only when the first Direct Debit payment is successfully collected by Stripe.

Completing the questionnaire, reserving a launch price, creating a membership record, setting up a Direct Debit mandate or making the pro-rata sign-up payment does not by itself constitute entry into the prize draw.

A customer's standard entry remains pending until their first Direct Debit has been successfully collected. If the first Direct Debit fails, no standard or First 250 bonus entries are activated.

The first Direct Debit is collected as soon as reasonably possible once Stripe confirms the mandate is ready. It represents the next full monthly billing period. All subsequent recurring payments fall on the 1st of each month.

If the payment method subsequently fails, is fraudulent or the membership is cancelled before the draw takes place, Stacked reserves the right to invalidate the entry.

6. Entry fee

There is no separate charge to enter the prize draw.

Entry is included as part of becoming an eligible Stacked member during the Promotion Period.

Stacked membership prices have not been increased to reflect participation in the prize draw.

Customers purchase the same underlying Stacked firewood membership service whether or not they subsequently win a prize.

7. Number of entries

Each eligible individual will receive one standard entry into the prize draw.

Purchasing a larger Stacked plan does not provide additional standard entries.

Multiple memberships, duplicate accounts or other attempts to obtain additional standard entries for the same individual will not provide additional valid entries.

Referral bonus entries

In addition to their standard entry, an eligible member can earn one referral bonus entry for each person they refer who also becomes an eligible Stacked member during the Promotion Period, provided:

• the referral was recorded before the Stacked launch on 17 September 2026 (i.e. the referred person first visited Stacked using the member's referral link before launch); and
• the referred person completes an eligible Stacked membership sign-up by 11:59pm on 30 September 2026.

There is no limit to the number of referral bonus entries a member can earn, subject to the verification and fraud rules in these Terms.

Self-referrals, referrals between members of the same household, referrals to duplicate or false accounts, and any other attempt to manipulate the referral mechanism will not provide valid referral bonus entries.

A referral bonus entry is only confirmed once the referred person has become an eligible Stacked member. A referral that has not resulted in an eligible membership by the closing time will not provide a referral bonus entry.

Each person may win a maximum of one prize.

First 250 Member Bonus entries

In addition to their standard entry, the first 250 eligible Stacked members — determined chronologically by the timestamp of their successful membership completion — will receive five additional entries each into the prize draw (giving them a total of six entries).

The order of eligible members is established using the successful membership completion timestamp (the date and time the member's Stacked membership became active following their first successful payment). Where two or more memberships are completed at the same timestamp, the order is determined by the sequential record-creation time of the corresponding entry, ensuring a deterministic and auditable ranking.

Only the first 250 eligible completed memberships receive the bonus entries. The 251st and subsequent eligible members receive one standard entry only. No more than 250 sets of bonus entries will be awarded under any circumstances.

Completing the Firewood Questionnaire, reserving a launch price, or requesting Priority Access does not constitute membership completion for the purposes of the First 250 Member Bonus. Only a successfully completed Stacked membership counts toward the first 250.

8. The prizes

The prizes are:

First prize

£5,000 cash

Additional prizes

5 × £1,000 cash

The total value of all prizes is £10,000.

Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account held in the winner's name.

Prizes are personal to the winners and cannot be transferred to another person.

9. Winner selection

All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw.

The six winners will be selected at random.

The selection will be carried out using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.

The £5,000 winner will be selected first.

Five further winners will then each receive £1,000.

A person who has already been selected as a winner will be removed from the pool before the remaining winners are selected.

10. Winner announcement

The winners will be selected and announced on:

19 October 2026

Stacked will contact each winner using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their Stacked membership.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.

The winners will also be announced through Stacked's website and/or official social media and customer communications.

11. Claiming a prize

Winners will be asked to confirm their:

• identity;
• eligibility;
• contact details; and
• UK bank details required to make payment.

Winners should respond within 14 days of being contacted.

If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible or refuses the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

Prizes will normally be paid within 14 days of successful verification of the winner's details.

There is no fee for claiming a prize.

12. Publication of winners

To demonstrate that valid prizes have been awarded, Stacked may publish or make available information identifying the winners, normally consisting of the winner's surname and county.

Entrants may object to their details being published or may request that the amount of information published is reduced.

Any such objection will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.

Where required by the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator, Stacked may nevertheless provide relevant winner information to that authority.

13. Verification and invalid entries

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries.

Entries may be rejected where the Promoter reasonably believes that there has been:

• fraud;
• abuse of the promotion;
• creation of duplicate or false accounts;
• provision of false information;
• manipulation of the entry process;
• a failed or fraudulent payment; or
• a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter's decision regarding eligibility will be final, subject to applicable law.

14. Membership cancellation

Entering the prize draw does not affect a customer's statutory rights or their normal rights under the Stacked membership terms.

However, where a membership is cancelled, voided or refunded before the prize draw takes place, the associated prize-draw entry may no longer be eligible.

Winning a prize does not require a customer to remain a Stacked member after the draw, subject to the normal Stacked membership terms and any outstanding account balance.

15. Questionnaire and launch pricing

Customers may complete the Stacked Firewood Questionnaire before joining.

Completing the questionnaire is:

free, with no obligation and no payment required.

Where applicable, completing the questionnaire during the pre-launch period may allow a customer to reserve or access Stacked launch pricing.

The first 250 customers to reserve a Launch Price secure a separate Priority Access place. Priority Access is determined by reservation order and is separate from the First 250 Member Bonus described above.

Securing Priority Access does not guarantee the five giveaway bonus entries. Those five additional entries are available only to the first 250 customers who complete an eligible Stacked membership, subject to the payment and eligibility requirements in these Terms.

However:

Questionnaire completion alone does not enter a customer into the £10,000 Launch Giveaway.

To enter, the customer must complete an eligible Stacked membership sign-up by 11:59pm on 30 September 2026.

16. Data protection

Personal information supplied in connection with the promotion will be processed in accordance with Stacked's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.

Information will be used where necessary to:

• administer the prize draw;
• verify eligibility;
• contact winners;
• award prizes; and
• demonstrate that the promotion has been administered correctly.

Participation in the prize draw does not require an entrant to consent to unrelated marketing communications.

17. Availability of prizes

All six advertised prizes will be awarded provided there are sufficient valid eligible entries.

The prize fund is not conditional on Stacked achieving a minimum number of memberships or entries.

The Promoter will not reduce the advertised prize fund because fewer people enter than expected.

18. Changes or cancellation

The Promoter will not change the closing date, prizes or material terms of the promotion except where circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

Where a change is unavoidable, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete due to technical failures outside its reasonable control.

20. General

By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and participants are entitled to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to them under UK consumer law.

The Promoter's decisions concerning the administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
